You can contact HostDoc’s support team via live chat, ticketing system, telephone, and email. Its support team is available 24/7. I, unsuccessfully, tried contacting this support team via the vendor’s live chat, so I decided to instead send a support email. The vendor did not respond to my email.

HostDoc has a fairly detailed knowledge base on its website.

How much does HostDoc cost?
HostDoc offers plans from $1 to $2. The price depends on which type of hosting plan you choose. You can see the updated pricing table (updated weekly) below.
Which HostDoc plan should I get?
My recommendation is to start with a cheaper plan. You can always upgrade later on. HostDoc can help you with the migration to a more expensive plan. The increase in visitors many times takes longer than expected and you shouldn’t pay a lot of money until the need arises. Of course, your needs may vary, and you can consult with a hosting expert from HostDoc here.
How good is HostDoc’s customer support?
HostDoc is not ranked as one of our top web hosts. But that can also be a result of HostDoc being a small, under the radar, hosting provider. There are advantages to a small hosting company – as a customer, you are more important to them. You can also check out our comparison of the most popular web hosting services here.

Bottom line on HostDoc

True to its name, HostDoc seems to be the ultimate doctor for web hosting solutions. It has prescriptions for almost all, if not all hosting problems. The vendor’s commitment to giving its clients an incredible hosting experience comes across when you consider the apparent investments it has made in hosting infrastructure and expertise. Its many data centers bring it closer to its clientele all around the world.
