Features and Ease of Use
There are three price plans (Basic, Standard, and Advanced) for each of the three hosting categories (Mini Hosting, Shared Hosting, and Unlimited Hosting).
Some of the key features you can look forward to are:
- 99.99% uptime guarantee
- cPanel control panel
- Softaculous installer
- Free SitePad website builder (except with Mini Hosting)
- Free SSL certificate
- Automatic regular backups
The popular cPanel control panel lets you manage all aspects of your hosting, and it includes the equally-popular Softaculous installer for CMS and other applications, including WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Magento, PrestaShop, OpenCart, phpBB, Typo3, and more. The control panel also comes equipped with various plugins and security tools such as ModSecurity, Leech Protect, and HotLink Protection.
If you don’t want a CMS-backed website, and you’re not comfortable coding a website from scratch, you can use the provided SitePad website builder that includes hundreds of website templates which you can customize via a drag-and-drop interface. It means you don’t need to be (or hire) a professional website designer or developer.
If shared hosting isn’t sufficient for your needs, you can scale up to a VPS plan that provides up to 160 GB SSD storage, 4,000 GB bandwidth, and 8,192 MB RAM.
Pricing and Support
Nexanow’s prices are comparable with international competitors. You can pay by bank transfer, Paytm, or credit/debit card on terms from monthly to triennial. The 15-day money-back guarantee is welcome but is only half the refund window allowed by many other hosts.
Although available contact channels include telephone, ticket, email, or WhatsApp, my attempts to summon pre-sales support were unsuccessful. This wouldn’t be so bad if it weren’t for the fact that the self-support knowledge base is almost bare:
