ICME LIMITED web services are offered from three different data centers located in Stockholm, Sweden: among them, one is in Solna and another in Kista. Additionally, this vendor provides most of its services from its partner data centers all across Europe.
All of the data centers are equipped with fully redundant power feeds, UPS, and generators as well as cooling systems creating a conducive environment for your servers to run optimally. The data centers are also connected to a high-performance network (AS42237) based on MPLS providing fast data transmission within the data centers. This vendor also maintains a point of presence (POP) at all major internet backbones in Europe.
ICME LIMITED uses powerful virtual machines that are ready to be deployed within minutes. The servers are powered by SSD drives with RAID-10 protection that offers both website protection as well as boosting the loading times of customers’ websites.
It is worth mentioning that the ICME LIMITED website has adopted a single-page website model that only uses one HTML page. When clicking on the navigation links, site visitors can either scroll down the page or simply jump to particular content within the website.
Pricing and Support
ICME LIMITED hosting servers are pretty standard when you compare them with what other vendors are offering in the same niche. The hosting solutions are offered with several billing cycles: monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual subscriptions. Prices are listed in euros, U.S. dollars, and British pounds.
The hosting firm does not offer any refunds due to the nature of its hosting services. Furthermore, while it ensures maximum uptime when you use its hosting systems, the vendor avoids committing to an uptime guarantee.
The ICME LIMITED customer support desk is available via email, ticketing system, or by sending a message through a contact form. Its technical support staff is available during working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM but are often active till midnight to help you out. That said, I did not come across a telephone or live chat support.
ICME LIMITED self-support resources are entirely absent; there is no FAQ, knowledge base section, or even tutorials available on its website.
