It was established in 2016 to offer unlimited web hosting solutions to global clients, and today its servers are hosted in a Tier IV data center that has a dedicated firewall for each IP address. From Linux and Windows shared hosting, to unlimited reseller hosting, VPS, and cloud hosting, you can get it all from HashTechs.
The HashTechs website is in English, but some of its content seems to have been put together in a hurry, so there is some visible code and some links that don’t work.

HashTechs offers nine shared hosting plans (three each for Linux Shared, Linux Shared SSD, and Windows Shared SSD), eight VPS plans, six cloud hosting plans, and three unlimited reseller hosting plans. The Linux Shared plans provide you with:

Pricing and Support
HashTechs’ shared hosting plans are cheap. You can pay for them in U.S. dollars or euros on monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or annual billing cycles via various methods, including PayPal, bank transfer, Western Union, money order, or credit/debit card. While HashTechs’ privacy page mentions a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time accounts, the provider’s home page advertises a shorter 15-day money-back guarantee.

The live chat was unavailable when I wanted to try it, but I received a reply to my test support ticket within 40 minutes:
