HashTechs is fine, but fine is not good enough. While HashTechs is a decent web host, you can get better quality hosting at a cheaper price with Hostinger, for example.
HashTechs is an internet company based in Giza, Egypt. It was established in 2016 to offer unlimited web hosting solutions to global clients, and today its servers are hosted in a Tier IV data center that has a dedicated firewall for each IP address. From Linux and Windows shared hosting, to unlimited reseller hosting, VPS, and cloud hosting, you can get it all from HashTechs.
The HashTechs website is in English, but some of its content seems to have been put together in a hurry, so there is some visible code and some links that don’t work.

While HashTechs’ privacy page mentions a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time accounts, the provider’s home page advertises a shorter 15-day money-back guarantee.
For self-support, there is an extensive knowledge base. Alternatively, you can contact the customer support team by telephone, support ticket, email, live chat, or online form. The live chat was unavailable when I wanted to try it, but I received a reply to my test support ticket within 40 minutes:
