DomHost servers are housed in modern data centers located in the United States, the United Kingdom, and India. That said, it still encourages clients to do and store their own backups for increased safety in case of a disaster.
DomHost shared web hosting solutions are available in two packages: Linux hosting and Windows hosting. Both of these offerings are available in four plans: Basic, Business, Premium, and Diamond. Basic is the starter package. It includes features like 1GB disk space, 10GB bandwidth, onr email ID, 5GB email storage space, and 1GB cloud storage. Diamond is the most advanced plan. It comes with 10GB disk space, 50GB bandwidth, five email IDs, 25GB email storage space, and 1GB cloud space.
DomHost also offers SSL certificates and Sitelock security solutions. However, customers have to make these requests to the vendor via the control panel. The vendor does not disclose a lot of information about these additional security solutions that it availas to its customers.
Pricing and Support
DomHost lives up to its promise to offer some of the cheapest hosting solutions in the industry. The prices are listed in Indian rupee and customers can make monthly, quarterly, or yearly payments. Once paid, the vendor maintains that the amount is not refundable; it has no refund policy. It also offers no network uptime guarantee.
DomHost technical support is available via telephone, email, ticketing system, or live chat. You can also contact them via their social media channels. The support desk is live 24/7 with an average response time of 15 to 30 minutes. Indeed, they responded to the support email I sent them in less than 20 minutes.
That said, the knowledge base is not very comprehensive even though it includes video tutorials.
