For Windows Servers, we offer Sophos Intercept X. This protects against vulnerabilities such as malware and it detects irregularities on the server. For Linux Servers we recommend our customers to configure CSF.
What type of support do you offer?
We assist our customers via phone, email, and chat. Our servers are self-managed by default but it is possible to get a managed contract or to purchase a pay as you need a service plan. Also available are Pay as You Need service plans which are perfect for customers who already have technical knowledge but who need help now and then.
