You get a free domain with any plan, and you can benefit from a free 7-day premium hosting trial. But there is no money-back or uptime guarantee, and the fees paid to acquire the UMI.CMS license are not refundable.

And although their support team is not available 24/7, customers who contact them during business hours do receive fast responses and the assurance that the team will work with them until a solution is found.
