Russian company FullSpace offers SSD-based virtual hosting services to small and medium-sized companies in its home country as well as the Netherlands, Ukraine, the U.K., and Bulgaria. Their servers are located in Moscow, and the FullSpace website is available only in Russian.
Features and Ease of Use
FullSpace offers a number of hosting-related services that include shared hosting, CMS hosting, domain name registration, and website transfer. Their web hosting solutions include the following features:
- Linux operating system
- PHP 7.1, 7.0, 5.6
- Free SSL certificates
- SSD drives on all servers
- MySQL databases
- SSH access
- DNS management
- Cron jobs
Virtual hosting solutions are powered by an advanced control system that allocates server resources. Whereas most vendors block client websites that exceed load thresholds, FullSpace instead slows down these websites and gives customers the opportunity of upgrading their packages.
FullSpace has a special hosting plan for UMI.CMS websites, with Nginx caching optimization so that those websites can load fast on their hosting platform. This vendor also supports the popular Python programming language.
While this company can’t support big websites with heavy loads, it does deliver truly excellent resources for small websites, and they enjoy a noteworthy availability of almost 100%. The only areas for improvement are their control panel (which is not user-friendly) and their website (which is not well organized).
Pricing and Support
FullSpace’s hosting plans are reasonably priced in Russian rubles. They offer two billing cycles so you can pay every six or twelve months. The differently priced plans have different amounts of disk space, different numbers of hosted websites, and different numbers of included databases. You get a free domain with any plan, and you can benefit from a free 7-day premium hosting trial. But there is no money-back or uptime guarantee, and the fees paid to acquire the UMI.CMS license are not refundable.
The FullSpace support team can be contacted via email, live chat, or Twitter. There is no telephone support and no ticketing system. And although their support team is not available 24/7, customers who contact them during business hours do receive fast responses and the assurance that the team will work with them until a solution is found. There is no knowledge base, but a rich FAQ section does address a good number of the issues that most customers will face.
