TikTok and HubSpot Join Forces

TikTok and HubSpot have announced a new partnership to help businesses capture leads from TikTok and integrate them directly in HubSpot’s Smart CRM, unifying data to unlock insights and ultimately improve how businesses engage with their prospects and customers.

Activating the integration is an easy no-code process. Users can then start deploying lead-generating ads on TikTok, with all data sent to HubSpot in real-time. Businesses can then use HubSpot’s Smart CRM to engage their leads with personalized campaigns and track the results with HubSpot’s AI-powered reporting.

Karen Ng, SVP of Product at HubSpot, believes this partnership will help users grow their customer base by leveraging TikTok’s popularity. “With this integration, we’re pairing the discoverability of TikTok with the power of HubSpot’s customer platform to help more businesses turn tuned-in audiences into high-value customers.”

This partnership comes at a time when customer acquisition costs are trending up and engagement on TikTok is booming, with 1 in 3 users saying they discover new products from videos posted by brands. 90% of users perform an action after seeing content.

Lorry Destainville, Head of Product Partnerships at TikTok, explains that “HubSpot’s focus on helping businesses grow perfectly aligns with TikTok’s expertise in community building and brand discovery. This is just the beginning of a partnership that we believe will help SMBs succeed now and into the future.”

To help drive adoption of this new partnership, TikTok is offering $200 in ad credits for the first 500 advertisers who take advantage of the new HubSpot integration with TikTok.

The TikTok HubSpot integration is already available for TikTok for Business users in the US and Canada. The intent is to roll out to more markets in the upcoming months, although exact dates are currently unknown.

HubSpot offers a CRM platform with solutions such as a Marketing Hub, a Sales Hub, a Service Hub, and an Operations Hub, just to name a few. Each hub is a powerful standalone product and combined they allow people from many areas of a business to work easily and seamlessly together.
