Leading Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions provider Brevo recently introduced a new solution specifically designed for retailers and e-commerce businesses, which comprise 30% of its customer base.

Brevo Commerce Suite brings together the company’s Marketing, Conversations, and Customer Data Platforms, providing users with a 360-degree view of their customer data. They’ll also have all the tools to retain and engage customers with personalized communications across all sales channels in one convenient place.

Commerce Suite is a response to the ever-rising customer demand for better customer experience. Businesses that operate both in person and online, where brick-and-mortar and e-commerce data is often not in sync, find it particularly challenging to optimize the customer experience across channels.

This solution enables multichannel merchants to “analyze the full spectrum of their customers’ purchasing habits across all channels” and improve the customer experience by “allowing them to send more personalized recommendations” through SMS, chat, email, or social media.

Brevo’s Commerce Suite aims to increase the customer lifetime value through multichannel campaigns. It also offers businesses a chance to send more personalized product recommendations.

The platform consolidates customer and product insights and unifies online and offline customer data. It enables retailers and e-commerce businesses to personalize content and recommendations based on data like purchase history and frequency, product performance, repeat customers, and more. Its automation technology can also help to recover shopping cart abandonment.

The Commerce Suite can also help businesses improve their communication across support channels. Users can automate live chat conversations with online visitors by setting predefined responses and scenarios. This means customers can get human-like assistance even when agents are offline.

Brevo seems to be on a roll when it comes to reinventing its platform and introducing new solutions. Since its rebrand from Sendinblue, Brevo has enriched its platform with new sales solutions, an AI assistant, Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS) service, and more.

A few months back, the company acquired customer data platform Octopolis and push notification service WonderPush, announcing plans to integrate their offerings into the Brevo ecosystem.
