We caught up with Rashid Amoah, Founder and CEO of Primal Haven, to learn how his passion for customer-centric marketing and streamlined digital solutions led to the creation of his agency. How and when was Primal Haven founded, and with what idea in mind?

Primal Haven has an interesting evolution. It actually began in 2017 as ‘SavedBot’ while I was at university. It started as a hobby where I helped friends, colleagues, and family with their websites, marketing activities, and digital solutions to improve their business processes. In 2020, with the help of my friend Christina Kumodzi, we rebranded to ‘Primal Haven,’ which better reflected our vision. The company was officially registered as a legal entity on August 31st, 2021.

The inspiration for Primal Haven came from observing how many businesses weren’t taking a customer-centered approach to their marketing activities. I strongly believe that businesses exist not just for their owners but primarily for their customers, everything should be done to make customers feel they’re the priority. This desire to give businesses a customer-centered approach while automating their processes is what brought Primal Haven to life.

What is your approach to web design, and what are some key things to consider when designing a new website in 2025?

Our approach to web design follows a structured methodology that ensures exceptional results. We begin with an initial consultation where we deeply understand the client’s needs and objectives. This is followed by comprehensive market research and information gathering to ensure the design is informed by data. Next comes planning and strategizing the website architecture and user experience. After development, we conduct thorough project testing before launching the site. We don’t just disappear after launch, we offer dedicated post-launch support to ensure everything runs smoothly.

For web design in 2025, several key considerations are essential. Simplicity is paramount, users expect clean, intuitive interfaces. We prioritize value-first design that immediately communicates benefits to visitors. Easy navigation with clear calls-to-action ensures users can find what they need quickly. When balancing aesthetics with functionality, we carefully consider what’s most relevant to the specific industry and target audience, ensuring the design is not just beautiful but serves its purpose effectively.

We offer different service tiers to accommodate various business sizes and requirements. Our approach to website maintenance centers around transparency and smart automation. We first execute tasks that can be efficiently automated or done in bulk, then carefully handle the remaining processes that require personal attention. After every maintenance session, we thoroughly test the website to ensure everything is functioning perfectly. This balanced approach allows us to be both efficient and thorough.

What other services do you offer?

Beyond website design and management, Primal Haven offers a comprehensive range of digital marketing services. These include email marketing campaigns, social media management, pay-per-click advertising, marketing consultation and planning, domain registration, web hosting services, and SEO services.

For select clients, we also create bespoke packages that are uniquely tailored to their specific needs, these solutions aren’t part of our standard offerings. What ties all our services together is a unified focus on creating meaningful awareness for our clients and automating their business processes for greater efficiency. By offering this complete ecosystem of services, we’re able to provide holistic digital solutions rather than just isolated services.

Over the next 3-5 years, we plan to expand our team selectively with specialists who share our dedication to exceptional client experiences. We’re also developing specialized service packages for key industries where we’ve seen particular success, such as wellness businesses, professional services, and sustainable brands.

A significant part of our growth strategy includes launching software solutions for clients who want to be hands-on with their digital activities. These tools will be designed to be cost-efficient compared to our competitors while providing clients with everything they need to maintain a competitive edge. With AI and technological changes happening at the speed of light, we will be committed to ensuring these software solutions stay cutting-edge while maintaining their ability to provide relevant, practical solutions that truly solve problems for our clients.

As for digital marketing trends, we’re closely watching the evolution of privacy-first marketing, voice search optimization, and the increasing importance of authentic brand storytelling. Rather than chasing every new trend, we carefully evaluate which developments truly add value for our clients’ specific needs. This selective approach allows us to integrate meaningful innovations while avoiding the “shiny object syndrome” that affects many agencies.

What won’t change is our fundamental philosophy that puts clients at the center of everything we do. As we grow, we’re implementing systems that ensure we maintain the personalized attention that has become our hallmark, while scaling our ability to deliver exceptional results consistently.
