In order to gauge the quality of Swyft Filings’ customer support, I started by calling its number. An automated voice put me on hold and gave me a ballpark figure of how long I’d be waiting. It then offered me the option to save my place in line and wait for a callback, but I decided to wait on hold instead, which turned out to be only about 7 minutes.
During the call, a representative took great care to resolve my (many) doubts in detail, with a warm and friendly disposition. Overall, I have no complaints about the phone support service, and the customer reviews tend to back this up.
At the end, I received an email with basic information about each package to tie up my experience nicely.
