We strive to bring out these 4 principles in everyday dealings with customers because we believe that our customers deserve the best possible customer experience when it comes to a purchase as big as a website. Let’s make it more specific:
Customer-oriented: We make the best WordPress themes to suit customers’ needs and demands. We take care of design, functionality, and usability. Everything has its place in the code to make sure your website will run without any problems.
Work smarter not harder: Our flexible and customizable WordPress themes let website owners with no programming skills build sophisticated websites for their business. Now they can save their time on technical issues and focus more on the strategies.
Efficiency-driven: Our products are SEO-friendly, fast performance, clean code, and equipped with abundant plugins that help businesses grow traffic, increase conversion naturally. We do not create themes that are visually beautiful only, they have helps customers earn profits and achieve their business goals too.
Quality over quantity: We spend months researching because we focus on the quality of the products. We like to go deep into products and build them out as a complete solution for businesses, not just a normal average them
How often do you add new themes and what process do you follow to identify what theme to add?
We research market trends, policies, and new techniques to support our ideas with practical knowledge. We are also open to feedback, requests, and suggestions from all of our customers. It’s important to us that we do the best job we possibly can for our customers, and we would love to hear their ideas for new themes. Feedback on our existing themes is also greatly appreciated. After researching and collecting feedback, we will begin to turn ideas into reality.
The whole process takes us 4-6 months so we only release 2-3 products per year. This is based on our experience; while more themes may seem better, it dilutes our developers’ focus and sometimes diminishes quality. Balancing the expectations of our customers with the resources we have available is always a challenge, but we can still manage it with our skillful team of developers and designers.
Do you offer theme customization for clients?
We do not offer free theme customization services, nor do many of our competitors. Our themes are built to support nearly every page builder on the market, they are also equipped with powerful plugins and features, which makes it easier for users to customize the design and set up sites even if they don’t completely understand how to code.
We understand that some customers may want their site to look different than our themes. So if they have any ideas, we are always willing to listen and consider turning them into reality in the next update
What customer support do you offer? Will I receive support if I use a free theme?
We offer thorough documentation that can answer most of your questions, 24/7 support, and step-by-step tutorial videos to assist you when solving any problems.
Customers can also get professional support from our passionate team. If something still goes wrong, they can visit our support center and make a contact with us by email, live chat or open a ticket. Our friendly support specialists are always ready to help.
With customers who use ThemeMove’s free themes, support is not available. However, we provide an extensive library of free documentation that answers many common questions that can help you solve your issues.
