Wix and ActiveCampaign Announce Partnership
Website builder and marketing automation platforms Wix and ActiveCampaign announced a new integration to enhance customer engagement, website management, and marketing automation for businesses of all sizes. The integration is available for Wix customers with an ActiveCampaign account.
“Whether managing a single site or hundreds of locations, Wix and ActiveCampaign provide an intuitive, scalable solution that simplifies workflows and enables businesses to focus on growth,” said David Schwartz, Wix’s VP of Product, in the official press release.
The integration syncs data between the two platforms, enabling users to track the customer journey from website interaction to response to marketing campaigns. Users can leverage these cross-platform customer insights to create highly personalized campaigns.
For example, users can track form responses to create email offers that match customer interests. Furthermore, users can leverage purchase data from Wix websites to launch targeted campaigns offering promotions on related products to those purchased. Finally, users can oversee the performance of those marketing initiatives in one centralized place.
The all-in-one integrated solution is particularly beneficial for franchises and multi-location businesses, offering “the tools they need to personalize customer experiences, automate engagement, and drive measurable growth,” Schwartz notes.
This is because the integration enables a unified view of all customer interactions, marketing efforts, and website operations across all brands and locations through ActiveCampaign HQ.
Through strategic collaborations, including Square and Google, Wix keeps expanding its rich partner network. Earlier this year, Wix partnered with YouTube to enable Wix store owners to sell directly on the video platform.
Meanwhile, ActiveCampaign has expanded its offerings through strategic acquisitions and strengthened its position. The automation platform has recently acquired Mexican WhatsApp automation startup Hilos to give businesses full control of cross-channel marketing. ActiveCampaign also owns Onesend, a suite of tools specifically designed to empower franchise, multi-location brands, and reseller agencies.
