HubSpot Adds New AI Features to HubSpot AI and Sales Hub

Software company HubSpot recently introduced a set of AI products and features aimed at helping customer-facing teams boost productivity, improve performance, and deepen customer engagement. The company also announced new Sales Hub features to help sales teams navigate the current unpredictable economy.

In the company’s press release, EVP of Product Andy Pitre said HubSpot’s solutions “take the guesswork out of generative AI and give all customer-facing teams across sales, marketing, and service the complete toolkit to help them accomplish even more.”

HubSpot AI consists of new and existing products and features. Following the example of leading tech companies that have integrated AI Assistants in their platforms, HubSpot has developed AI assistants for various needs in marketing, sales, and customer support.

One of them is the Content Assistant, designed to help marketers and sales reps ideate and create various types of content in minutes. One of the standout features is the ability to generate content for sales emails directly from the HubSpot mobile app.

Other popular HubSpot AI features include the AI website builder that allows users to generate single-page websites from prompts, the social caption generator, and dedicated AI writers for blog content, emails, meta descriptions, and more.

HubSpot has also leveraged ChatGPT technology for its own chat-based assistant, ChatSpot.ai. The free tool, which responds to natural language prompts, integrates with many HubSpot products, and can help customers in a variety of tasks, including adding contacts in HubSpot CRM and creating custom marketing and sales reports.

AI Agents is another new feature that boasts a set of automation, live chat, and email customer service tools for SMBs. Furthermore, HubSpot’s AI Insights removes the guesswork from decision-making with predictive AI features that can generate analysis and recommendations.

The reimagined Sales Hub helps “teams have to do more with less” by offering a dedicated workspace that brings together all prospecting activities, making it easier to organize tasks and set priorities. Prospecting representatives can now access advanced lead management and reporting tools that enable greater visibility into customer behavior, trends, and other data.

Michael Walton, VP of Product, Sales Hub, is confident these new tools will benefit all HubSpot users. “From prospecting and lead reporting to deal management and forecasting, we’ve doubled down on building the modern sales solution sales teams need to win today and in the future.”
