Sending automated emails is super simple with weMail. Here’s how you can do it: Access the Automations Section Log in to your WordPress dashboard. On the left-hand menu, click on weMail > Automations.
Choose a Template or Blank Slate
You can choose from Pre-defined templates (e.g., Product Purchase, Welcome Message, Marketing Activity) or a Blank Slate to create a custom automation from scratch.
Click on the template that fits your needs. For example, choose the Marketing Activity template if that aligns with your campaign goals.
Choose a Trigger
Scroll to the Trigger section and select a trigger from the dropdown menu (e.g., when a subscriber joins a list, makes a purchase, or when a specific date occurs). This trigger will define when the automation should start.
Add Steps to Your Automation Below the trigger, click the green circle (+) to add steps. You can add three types of steps:
- Delay: Adds a time gap before the next action.
- Email: Sends an email to subscribers.
- Action: Performs tasks like adding tags or updating subscriber data.
Configure each step accordingly (e.g., set the delay duration or create a personalized email, or add an action).
Arrange the Workflow
Drag and drop the steps to organize the sequence to align with your objectives.
Test and Activate
Before activating, test the automation to ensure everything works as expected. Once satisfied, activate the automation to make it live.
