Z-Net Hosting offers website hosting that's great for single domain hosting, but their features are a bit restrictive in areas. Their plans support a variety of programming languages giving you total freedom in creating your website.
Z-Net Hosting started as a computer solutions company in 2005 and transitioned to website hosting in 2010. Headquartered in Chile, they offer solid shared hosting plans that can provide reliable hosting for most personal and small business websites. This host is best suited for those hosting single domains as their features may limit your ability to grow multiple domains.
Features and Ease of Use
Znet-Hosting offers a solid set of features for their shared hosting plans. While they don’t offer unlimited storage or bandwidth, they do provide basic features that make this web host an excellent choice for many personal and small business websites. Their basic features include:
Auto-installer with over 300 apps
Free website migrations
AWStats and Webalizer statistics
99.9% uptime guarantee
Weekly backups
Also, shared hosting services include enhanced security that includes automatic Cloudflare protection. They also support a wide array of web programming languages. Here’s a breakdown of their value-added features:
Automatic Cloudflare protection
Antivirus scanning
Support for PHP, Perl, Python, Ruby on Rails, Curl, CGI, Apache and more
Free SSL certificates on Pro plans
One thing I don’t like about this service is that basic plans do not offer DDoS protection standard. You must upgrade to their Pro services for that feature. I do like how many different web programming languages they support giving you total freedom to code your site as you see fit.
Z-Net Hosting doesn’t offer a website builder, but they do provide an auto-installer with over 300 apps that include WordPress. Otherwise, you can use cPanel for your installation. Note that they advertise their cPanel is in Spanish, so you may need to use Google translate to understand some features.

Offer and Z-1000 are the Start plans, and both have somewhat limited features. Plans starting with Z-2000 are considered Pro and include all of the following added features:
Free SSL certificate
Free backups
Quadruple redundancy network
Free Cloudflare CDN
DDoS protection
The Pro plans are also 20 times faster than the Start plans. If you want to host an E-commerce site or need a website with multiple databases, you need to choose a Pro plan. The main thing I don’t like about these plans is that they are limited as to the number of subdomains and databases offered, even for the top plans. Also, the space relative to the number of domains you can host is somewhat low for the Pro plans.
Znet-Hosting offers average support via phone, email, live chat, and ticket support. The only support that’s available 24/7 is ticketing support. All other chat options are only available from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. CLT. They do offer an online knowledge base, but coverage is limited.
Note that they do not offer English support but their live chat does auto-translate from English to Spanish and vice-versa. Unless you speak Spanish, your best bet is to use live chat, email, or ticket support.
Overall, I like Z-Net Hosting for those who want to host a single domain. However, with restrictions on subdomains, databases, and storage space, I don’t feel they are a great choice for those needing to host multiple domains.
Pros
Auto-installer with over 300 apps
Free website migrations
Automatic Cloudflare protection
Support Python, Ruby on Rails, and more.
Cons
A limited number of databases and subdomains offered
Customer support limited to ticketing
