SpaceZone Hosting offers a range of hosting services, including shared hosting plans which come with the following core features:

The uptime guarantee is low at only 99.89%, you should normally expect to get 99.9%), so that’s not ideal. Having said that, the website clearly states if the server goes down for 48 hours you will be credited one month of hosting fees. I am not sure this will be sufficient compensation for most customers, but, it is some form guarantee.
The hardware used is robust Cisco and the control panel is cPanel, which is well known and trusted. If you are a beginner, you’ll be pleased to find Fantastico one-click installer, although I wasn’t able to confirm for how many or which programs are included.
In terms of databases and programming support, all of the standard features are included, albeit in older versions of the software. For instance, you will get support for PHP, but it’s only the twice as slow version 5. If you are a Windows user, you will get support for ASP. Features such as MySQL databases and FTP accounts are included.
It’s nice to see daily, weekly, and monthly automatic backups, which can be restored for no additional fees. Although it sounds like a standard inclusion, it’s actually a rare value-add.
Pricing and Support
There’s a wide range of prices depending on which plan and contract length you select. Unfortunately, the three base plans don’t include much disk space (250MB to 1GB), so you will most likely need to upgrade to a pricey upper tier plan.
Plans can be purchased in three, six, or twelve-month terms, with a minuscule discount for purchasing a longer-term upfront. Plus, there’s a 15-day money-back guarantee, which helps you get started risk-free.
There’s 24/7 customer service via ticket and phone, as well as “direct” technical support during regular business hours. I did send an email in English and didn’t receive a reply, however, it’s understandable as language could be a big barrier.
My main reservation with this company is the server errors. If you try to make a purchase, login to the client area, or access the support area, the website crashes. My advice is to proceed with caution, in the event you’d like to make a purchase.
