- 10 to 300 FTP accounts
- Daily backups
- DNS editor
- Anti-spam and virus scanner
- Visitor stats
- A variety of free software
I did find some details missing for some of the plans, such as disk space, the number of hosted websites, email accounts, RAM, and CPU.
ICCM Hosting offers the RVsitebuilder website builder for free, with lots of web design templates and other features such as Google Maps, visitor stats, and social media links. This means you can create a mobile- and SEO-friendly website with little-to-no technical knowledge.
The Ecommerce Hosting plan includes an online shop, supports Magento and PrestaShop, and lets you sell up to 7,000 products. The Reseller Hosting plans provide the Fantastico De Luxe auto-installer for popular programs, including WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Mambo, osCommerce, CubeCart, and ZenCart.
The high-performance VPS plans use the Linux/Apache/MySQL/PHP (LAMP) stack and provide you with unmetered bandwidth and dedicated resources. Root access lets you exercise complete control over your server.
With ICCM Hosting, you get failover protection that protects your website against server failure and ensures your website is available always. The vendor’s website alludes to 99.9% guaranteed network availability, and (on a different page) 99.99% guaranteed uptime.
Pricing and Support
ICCM Hosting’s cloud hosting plans are pricey. Available billing cycles range from monthly to biennial, with discounts of up to 25% and 45% on annual and biennial cycles respectively. If you’re worried about making a major commitment, the 14-day money-back guarantee might make you feel a bit better, but this is shorter than the 30-day refund window offered by many other hosts.
24/7 technical support can be summoned by support ticket, email, real-time instant messaging, or online contact form. The company commits to answering emails within two hours and support tickets within four hours, with an initial acknowledgment within 30 minutes. Unfortunately, my submitted test ticket received no reply.
