This hosting provider only offers two Windows hosting packages (Basic and PRO) plus three VPS packages (A, B, and C). The PRO Windows hosting package comes with these features:
- 5 GB to 10 GB disk space
- 2,000 GB to 4,000 GB traffic
- .NET, PHP, and Perl
- MySQL, MS SQL, and Access databases
- 5 to 50 email boxes, webmail, and unlimited email aliases
- Antivirus and antispam
- Daily backups
Both hosting plans also provide a solution protection folder for an extra layer of security.
Although there is no uptime guarantee as far as I can, the 24-hour monitoring service means that issues should be addressed as soon as they occur.
In addition to hosting, ftech also offers consultancy services and can manage complete I.T. environments for small to medium-sized companies.
Pricing and Support
The hosting packages are affordably priced. They can be paid monthly in Swedish krona, but you can’t purchase plans directly online. The is no money-back guarantee and no trial period as far as I know.
You can contact ftech by telephone (during working hours on weekdays), email, or online form. It’s unfortunate that my form submission went unanswered because you’ll need to make contact even to purchase a plan.
There is no knowledge base to help with self-support, but remote support can be obtained via LogMeIn or TeamViewer.
