Is SSL included with hosting?
Yes, Lets Encrypt is included and we do also offer SSL from multiple commercial SSL certificate authorities.
What operating systems are running on your servers?
We are running both Linux and Windows.
What is the difference between your WordPress Hosting and Dedicated WordPress Hosting options?
Dedicated WordPress is deployed on enterprise high-performance SSD infrastructure, where the virtual server is isolated, and resources are physically allocated to client. We manage the server and underlying infrastructure and memory, CPU and SSD can easily be scaled up.
What Site Builders are available?
Depending on the plan chosen, we offer Web Presence Builder, Site.pro and many others.
Do you offer email hosting?
IMAP/POP3 is included in our web hosting plans with Enterprise email hosting – MS-Exchange is available as well.
What security do your servers have against hackers and other cyber threats?
All our web / WordPress hosting servers are up to date and have gone through rigorous OS hardening process. We have multiple protection layers on our network.
Do you have backup and recovery services?
Backup is Included in our WordPress hosting plans, and clients have an option to restore their data through their control panel. For Linux and Windows WordPress hosting plans, client should make a backup through their control panel and store on their local computer, and they have the option of reloading/restoring the backup through the control panel.
