What Hosting plans do you offer?
We offer Web Hosting (Shared hosting), Reseller Hosting, Cloud Hosting, VPS Hosting, and Dedicated servers, with the option of either the Windows or Linux platforms. The main advantage of using our services is our ready-to-go-environment. Clients are given an environment where they can directly host their websites without worrying about the server setup. We also offer the options of classic (Nimble SAN Storage plans), SSD, cloud plans. Additionally, the datacenter location is not limited to a single location as we have servers in more than 10 countries including the USA, UK, Canada, Africa, Singapore, Australia, India, Germany, France, Poland, Netherlands, South Korea, Japan, and Ireland.
How does Cloud Hosting differ from your other plans and what are its advantages?
Our cloud hosting services are on fully redundant servers which include a failover cluster. If we need to do server maintenance or if the server is down for any reason, we move all the hosted VMs to another node server in the same cluster. This allows us to offer almost 100% uptime to our cloud hosting clients.
Do you have hosting plans for CMS platforms such as WordPress or Joomla?
Yes, we host CMS platforms including WordPress, Joomla!, Magento Hosting, OsCommerce, CS-Cart, and nopCommerce. Apart from these CMS hosting, we offer individual hosting plans for ASP.net Hosting, Node.js, and Mean.js.

Yes, we provide SSL options with all hosting plans. With shared hosting plans, we offer free Let’s Encrypt or cPanel’s Auto-SSL. In addition to free SSL, we offer RapidSSL, MultiDomain SSL, and WildCard SSL certificates.
Can users register, purchase and transfer domains through AccuWebHosting?
Yes, we offer Domain registration and transfer from other registrars.
Do you have migration services for customers with existing web sites?
Yes, we provide free migration services to the clients who move their sites to our servers.
Linux Services include:
Free migration of 3 cPanel accounts, and a maximum of 5 GB content. We provide cPanel to cPanel migration only.
Windows Services include:
Free migration of 5 websites, 5 databases, and a total of 5 GB web content.
Are backup and recovery services available?
Free backup is included with all hosting plans at the Denver location. For other locations, clients can purchase an add-on option of a daily CDP backup service.
How are your servers protected against hackers and other cyber threats?
Our Linux based servers have CSF and CageFS technology for security and we run a daily scanner on each account through cron. Windows servers have Windows Firewall.
In addition, each server is behind a hardware firewall to ensure the best security against hacking and various attacks.
What type of support is available?
We provide both self-managed and fully managed support options. Self-managed support includes primary support, while with fully managed support, we offer special monitoring services. On receiving service alerts, our team immediately fixes the issue.
