CNV boasts of strong and fast server systems that ensure an uptime guarantee of 99.999% for its mail system servers. That said, the hosting firm does not offer a free trial or any kind of refund policy for its hosting solutions.
Support is available via dedicated telephone numbers, email, or live chat support. Unfortunately, the hosting company does not seem to have a ticketing system. Its live chat support is quite active. I talked to one of their reps, and she was very friendly and supportive.
