Flying V Group is a digital marketing and advertisement agency located in Orange County, California, with offices also in Phoenix, Arizona. Our goal is to provide comprehensive marketing and advertising solutions with white-glove concierge-level service to our clientele.

We believe that marketing and advertising action should be defined by KPIs, as well as driving results through a return of investment that clients are making with our organization. We are very data-driven in terms of utilizing data to drive better performance and optimization. We work with companies in the finances, wealth management space, insurance, real estate, medical practices and offices, lawyers, and accountants.

With that being said, we still work with individuals outside of those verticals, as well, and the ability to do so is prided in understanding each and every business that we’re working with and taking a deep dive into who the business is, who their customer is, and what are the pain points that we’re trying to solve from the marketing and advertising standpoint.

Please describe the story behind the company: What sparked the idea, and how has it evolved so far?

Flying V Group started without a set plan. I was working for a financial advisory firm and I had marketing experience in the past. I was asked by a mentor of mine to help support him with online marketing work and some technical and digital aspects of his company. After doing that, I realized that there are probably a lot more individuals like my mentor, who was a lawyer, that could use our support.

They really understand their business, for example, how to practice law or medicine, but they don’t necessarily have a team or even support to generate new business at their company. This is what sparked the idea for Flying V Group and, to this day, we do service for similar types of clients.

We’ve been very successful in identifying the organizations that don’t have the necessary marketing support, bandwidth, or expertise. In terms of evolution, Flying V Group now has 17 employees. We started with just myself and my two cofounders — Tyler Fahrion and Brennan Smith. We’re rapidly evolving and expanding our workforce to provide the best possible service for our clients.

What services do you offer?

We offer a full-scale menu of marketing and advertising solutions. Part of our job is to put strategic recommendations and provide consultation for our clients in terms of what type of marketing they should embark on. We offer website design and development, search engine optimization, and paid media buying, which includes Google Ads, Bing Ads, YouTube Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, Reddit Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest.

We cover the full gamut of paid advertising channels. Then we have content creation, including social media marketing and graphic creation. We do blog writing and article writing, which also includes some link-building work, as well as video and photography production. This is done to create marketing materials and assets to be distributed through advertising campaigns, social media channels, or just online, via the web.

We provide a wide range of solutions because we aren’t necessarily providing individual services, as we want to be able to leverage different services to generate the best possible performance in terms of, again, generating a return on the investment that a client makes. We truly believe that marketing and advertising must be a comprehensive strategy, so being able to provide those services ensures that we have a cohesive marketing plan, instead of utilizing one company for search engine optimization, another for paid media, etc.

We find that those types of engagements tend to be disjointed and that, at the end of the day, they don’t drive the best ROI that can possibly be driven if you were working with one agency that understands all the different components of the ad campaign, or the marketing campaign itself.

What is the mission of Flying V Group?

The mission of Flying V Group is to grow into one of the premier digital marketing and advertising agencies in the entire world. We will accomplish that by generating incredible results and great levels of ROI for our clients.

We truly believe in a win-win partnership-type relationship, and we’re not looking to necessarily have thousands and thousands of clients. We prefer to have a smaller list of clients, to which we can provide high-quality support, white-glove concierge-level marketing and advertising solutions, as well as consultation, knowing that our business will grow if we generate successful marketing campaigns for our clients.

Who are your typical customers, and what do you think is the main challenge that your product solves for them?

Our typical customers range from professional service-based industries like financial advisory, wealth management, insurance, medical practices, hospitals, real estate, both on the residential and commercial side, attorneys, and anyone in the professional services field. However, we still service customers outside of those spaces, as well.

We work with a lot of manufacturing and industrial clientele, e-commerce brands, tech start-ups, etc. Our goal is to come into every engagement with a clear and open mind, trying to understand the uniqueness of each individual business and how we can capitalize on the opportunities that exist in the marketplace from a marketing standpoint. Even if we were servicing one particular niche, that doesn’t mean that we would provide the same products and services for every client. We don’t have any package solutions.

Everything the Flying V Group does is customized and unique to the client, so even if the client was the same type of company, that doesn’t mean that the marketing and advertising plan will be the same. There might be differences in goals or what they’re focused on, or the companies might be at different points in their life cycles. That’s why we need to come into each and every engagement with a clear vision and a clear understanding of what the client is trying to accomplish and how we can improve performance and results superficially for them.

The main challenge that our product solves for our clients is not having the necessary expertise or bandwidth to drive the level of results that we can drive from a marketing and advertising standpoint. Companies may often have an individual that sits as a marketing specialist or a support person, or they may pass the marketing work off to someone.

On the other hand, we can generate enormous results compared to what they can generate.

Additionally, we can get much more work done, we have much more bandwidth, and this is what we work on 24/7/365, we have past experience, and we’re confident that we have the tracking and capabilities to show the true ROI for each and every one of our clients. It also allows our clients to focus on what they do best.

How do you envision the future of your industry?

I think that our industry is going to continue to play a pivotal role in the growth of businesses. Businesses that take a keen understanding or put an emphasis on the importance of digital marketing and advertising are going to reap tremendous rewards over both the short-term and, more importantly, the long-term cycle of their business.

The future of our industry is one that’s accelerating quickly. The technology is constantly improving, to the point where individuals like myself and our team members are able to generate incredible results due to the data and analytics that we have directly at our fingertips. The important thing is to work with an organization that understands how to maximize the data and the information and how to make necessary changes and guide the client to performance success.
