mClouds.ru provides virtual servers and cloud infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS), and it has so far activated over 2000 servers. Its website is in Russian.
Features and Ease of Use
mClouds.ru offers five VPS plans (and its cart shows an additional plan) with the choice of various Windows and Linux operating systems. You can expect to benefit from these features:

- 50 GB SSD to 130 GB SSD
- 100 Mbps network speed
- Weekly backup
You can get the ISPmanager 5 Lite control panel and ESET NOD32 Antivirus at extra cost, but you won’t have to pay extra for Windows, which is already included in the prices (where applicable). For security, the servers come with protection against DDoS attacks.
For scalability, you can add more RAM, CPU, or SSD resources as required. All storage is SSD, which is far faster and more reliable than traditional HDD storage, and the VPS/VDS servers run in a VMware HA (High Availability) cloud so that there is no single point of failure. You get a 99.982% server uptime guarantee, but the actual uptime was 100% for the three months leading up to this review.
In addition to virtual servers, mClouds.ru’s cloud IaaS provides a pool of virtual resources (memory, processors, and disk storage) and multiple operating systems, databases, and business applications.
Pricing and Support
The VPS plans are competitively-priced, and you can pay for them in Russian rubles or U.S. dollars by bank card, Yandex.Money, QIWI Wallet, WebMoney, Alfa-Click, Promsvyazbank, Kuppi.ru, or KupiVkredit. Although the website also alludes to PayPal, I couldn’t find this as an option in the cart.
Available billing cycles are monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual. In exchange for one-time payments for long terms, you get bonuses of between 10% and 20% credited to your account. The service-level agreement includes a money-back guarantee but doesn’t say how long it lasts.

I was pleased to receive lightning-fast responses via the live chat and ticket channels.
