Wewhost offers Softaculous one-click installer with these packages. With the help of the free SSL certificate available with these packages, you’d be able to keep your communication over the internet safe, protecting your sensitive information. DDoS protection is also offered by the company with these packages. This feature would detect DDoS attacks, mitigate them, and let you enjoy clean traffic only.
If you’re concerned about your website’s security, the SiteLock security offered by Wewhost can act as your savior. It’s a globally acclaimed website security provider and offers a multitude of advanced features including advanced scanning, immediate notification, excellent compatibility, among others.
Though the Home page of the website mentions that the company offers a 99.9% uptime guarantee, I didn’t find it on the Product page. So, I doubt whether it’s applicable or not.
Pricing and Support
Shared hosting packages offered by Wewhost are competitively priced and you can pay for them on a monthly or annual basis. It’s important to note that though the Cart area mentions that you’d be getting two months free if you choose the annual billing cycle regardless of the package, it was offering 6 months free (for the Starter package), 2 months free (for the Economy and Business packages), and 3 months free (for the Ultimate package) at the time of writing this review. The company accepts only USD as the payment currency and available payment methods include bank transfer/UPI/Paytm, Instamojo, Razorpay, and PayUmoney.
You may note that though the Shared hosting product page mentions PayPal and cards as available payment methods, I didn’t find them in the Cart.
Though the Home page of the website mentions that Wewhost offers a money-back guarantee, I didn’t find it mentioned on the Product page.
The customer support team of Wewhost is available 24/7 and can be reached through post, phone, email, and online contact us form. I tried to clarify the above-mentioned confusions from the team by using the contact form but failed to receive any reply.
Though the website has a knowledgebase button, it was showing an error when I checked.
