All plans support MySQL databases with higher plans supporting a combination of MySQL and PostgreSQL databases.

You will have to to do that by uploading the files through your FTP and creating and connecting databases. It doesn’t provide automatic installation.

Web4ce has cheap hosting plans that are advertised at monthly rates, but its subscription periods are for one year, two years, five years and ten years with discounts when you subscribe for more than one year.
Payments can be made through bank transfer and postal money orders. Accounts are created immediately upon receipt of payment.
Web4ce offers a shared plan which is completely free but it is limited to very simple websites that don’t need more than 100MB storage and wouldn’t use PHP. On a brighter note, it offers a 14 days free trial on all paid plans.
Support is available on weekdays from 8:00 to 17:00 via phone and email. It also has a frequently asked question (FAQ) page with tutorials on its website. I contacted its support agents and received a reply shortly after.
