Smart Systems offers shared, VPS, semi-dedicated, and dedicated hosting plans. All come with a 99.9% uptime guarantee. Beyond that, there are no extras thrown in: domain registration and SSL certificates come at additional costs.
You’ll note that Smart Systems only has Linux-based shared hosting plans; if you’re looking for Windows-based hosting, you’ll have to look elsewhere.

Phone and live chat support are available during local (Chilean) office hours only, but ticket support is always available. It has a knowledge base, though this will likely be unhelpful for DIY enthusiasts as it only contains a few articles.
