For those big businesses, the Tier 3 data center is equipped to handle high-demand and high availability website needs. It’s secured with CCTV, intrusion detection, card biometric and iris scanners, and even armed security guards, so your colocated servers should be safe.

Given the nature of Simple Helix as primarily a data center and managed I.T. services provider, it’s hardly surprising that it doesn’t advertise prices for hosting plans that you can sign up for online. So, for whatever you want, you’ll have to contact the company for a custom quote. This may be easier said than done, however, since my exploratory email went unanswered.
My experience as a pre-sales prospect customer wasn’t great, but Simple Helix does claim to offer best-in-class 24/7 support for current customers. This said, the contact page suggests that the technical team is only contactable during working hours on weekdays:
