It offers one month, three months, six months, and one year subscription periods with a small discount for those willing to go for the longer duration. It uses a good number of payment processors; WebMoney, Alipay, iDeal, Dotpay, QIWI, Yandex.Money, Trustpay, Giropay, and PayPal.
