Awesome Support and Great Uptime
Used these guys for a 2 months and very impressed on their support response. Always online and willing to help. Good Team and Good Servers. They also have a great Backup System and best of all they still use cPanel and Plesk which is the best Control Panels around today. Also to mention they use SSD servers which makes everything nice and smooth. Keep it up guys
Site's been down for over a week - and no CONTACT for over a week.
Besides files being removed, my support tickets get closed before the issue's been resolved. When you phone in, they tell you to use the live chat feature. When you use that, they stop helping you when they feel they've done enough work. When you call in, they place you on hold. The last response I got was that I uploaded corrupt files - strange that the files got corrupted on YOUR server, and now no one wants to take my calls or answer my tickets?
