HostingsPTY offers shared cloud hosting, reseller hosting, VPS, and dedicated servers. There are three shared cloud hosting plans – Cloud Starter, Cloud Gold, and Cloud Enterprise – which offer different amounts of storage space and allow you to host different numbers of websites.
Shared hosting customers are provided with the following features:

- Free domain registration, depending on the length of your commitment
You get the cPanel control panel to control your hosting and files. Built into this is the Softaculous auto-installer that helps you install additional applications. Note, however, that there is no website builder, so you’ll need to know how to create a website yourself, or hire someone who does.
The good news is that HostingsPTY provides an SLA-backed uptime guarantee. The bad news is that the exact level is unclear. The home page advertises a 99.99% uptime SLA, the individual shared hosting plans indicate a lower 99.95% uptime SLA, and the terms-of-service page presents an even lower 99.9% uptime SLA (with a one-month credit as compensation). I understand that the SLA changes every year to reflect the uptime that this vendor believes it can uphold.
HostingsPTY’s network includes a built-in anti-DDoS capability to enhance security. Moreover, their data centers are equipped with fire and intrusion protection measures, ensuring comprehensive security beyond just software-based solutions.
Pricing and Support
HostingsPTY provides quality services at a reasonable cost, but it uses a promotional trick to draw customers in. Subsequent months cost 400% to 800% more than the first month’s promotional price. It also adds a 7% transaction fee to all plans at the checkout.
On the plus side, you do get free SSL, and you get a free domain registration when you pay for annual, semi-annual, or quarterly hosting on a Cloud Starter, Cloud Gold, or Cloud Enterprise plan. In the worst case, you can take advantage of the 30-day money-back guarantee that should get you out if anything goes wrong.
