Features and Ease of Use
Freeunlimited.host has two offers: free hosting and premium hosting. The premium hosting links to the BingLoft website. As a result, I’ll concentrate on free hosting only for this review. It features the following:
- Free subdomain (yourdomain.Freeunlimited.host)
- Unlimited bandwidth
- Up to ten add-on domains
- Unlimited storage
If you don’t have the money to spend on hosting or you’re testing out an idea, setting up a hobby website, or just want free hosting for the sake of it, you can try out Freeunlimited.host. Its allowed maximum file size is 10mb, which isn’t a lot.
Don’t expect the best of performance, though, because free hosting plans usually don’t come with that. However, it provides a one-click Cloudflare set-up in the control panel. Through this, you can boost the load time and performance of your website significantly.
Despite it being free, the company offers some great features. If you have never built a website before and don’t wish to pay for an experienced hand, Freeunlimited.host has got you covered with a website builder. It features a drag-and-drop tool and you won’t have to deal with writing one word of code.
It also provides the Softaculous application installer, so you don’t need to check for tutorials on how to set up a CMS and start fiddling with it. All you need do is choose the CMS you want, choose the domain you want, set one or two other options, and it will handle the installation for you.
Freeunlimited.host also provides SEO tools that submit Sitemaps to search engines and can help you with tips to get better ranking.
The company does a bit for security as well, with firewall protection that checks if there’s potentially hazardous content and blocks trojans.
Pricing and Support
As its name implies, Freeunlimited.host provides free hosting only. The traffic it allows covers 50,000 hits per day, which is way more than enough for a simple website. Most websites online don’t get up to that. You should be aware that though it comes with unlimited storage, its max file limit is 10MB and it only offers 30,019 inodes.
Signing up is easy and fast. I did it, and got my login details thereafter. You can either stick with its free subdomain or get a domain from the parent company or elsewhere for a fee.
Customer support is available through email and ticket. I opened a ticket but didn’t get a reply, even though I waited for more than two weeks.
