Worst provider ever

When I asked for a standard document, I got a very rude answer, something like "don't teach me how to do my job!" Name of this "manager" is Paul Bosco. Will be much more better to find another provider. Only experience, nothing more Unfortunately, I cant attache copy of our chat with this incompetent company. But I simply have to express my opinion after all that they have told me.

It's free and if you search, you can do most things

Getting a Let's Encrypt SSL took some research, because FreeHostia tries to point the users toward its paid solutions like Dedicated IP and buy an SSL via FreeHostia. After half an hour of searching their Help Center and the internet, I found how to install a Let's Encrypt free SSL for my existing site without buying additional services.

Bottom line on Freehostia

Freehostia is a small hosting company that simply isn’t a match for big brands like Hostinger. The bigger hosting companies simply offer a better price for similar configuration.

Freehostia is a web hosting provider that’s been in business for over 10 years. They offer what they call “cluster hosting,” which basically means that each asset in their network serves a specific purpose and runs only a certain type of service. For example, they have servers dedicated solely to MySQL, which reduces expenses, cuts the load each server has to handle and optimizes the performance of those servers. This enables them to provide affordable, high-performance web hosting to their users. Their cPanel supports over 15 languages, making it accessible to users worldwide, and uptime is rated excellent at 99.92%.

Reviews of their customer support are mixed, with many reviews from five or more years ago reporting that their servers are often down or buggy. That said, one of their best qualities is that Freehostia is constantly learning from customer feedback and upgrading their service where needed. More recently, users have been reporting that their support staff frequently go above and beyond the call of duty to fix bugs and address issues whenever they pop up, and their hosting service has dramatically improved from a few years ago.

Freehostia has four paid plans, ranging from the most basic Watercircle plan to their most advanced Supernatural plan. All paid plans come with a 30-day free trial. With Watercircle, you get 2 gigs of space, 50 gigs of bandwidth, 100 e-mail accounts, SMTP server access, and Elefante (their 1-click script installer). The Supernatural plan comes with all the features of the cheaper plans plus unlimited disk space, bandwidth, e-mail accounts, and MySQL storage, and a free domain registration. Freehostia also offers a free hosting plan called Chocolate. On the Chocolate plan, users can host up to 5 domains and get 250 megabytes of storage, 6 gigs monthly bandwidth, 24/7 customer support, their 1-click free script installer, no advertising, and much more. There’s a transfer limit of 500KB per file and no SMTP access, but other than that, Freehostia’s Chocolate plan looks better than the industry average. There’s no time limit to the free plan.

Freehostia might offer a good service at a reasonable price, but does it match up with the top web hosting companies? We find it hard to say “yes.”
