Though the company also mentions support tickets, it redirects you to the email contact form. When I tried DraCoola Multimedia’s live chat, I was quick to reach the support staff. But after their prompt response to the first question, the wait time increased and I had to prod to get answers.
The company provides an “FAQ-Knowledge base,” although it functions more like an FAQ section where you can find answers to several common questions. Additionally, the company offers a demo member account that allows you to test its cPanel and WHM control panels.
