DraCoola Multimedia’s personal hosting plans are cheap. You can save further by opting for the yearly plans as they offer you two month’s price discount. The company’s Indonesia server packages cost more than the U.S. server packages. You can pay for them in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) via PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Bank Mandiri, and BCA. The available billing periods are monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly.

DraCoola Multimedia’s customer support can be reached via SMS, an email contact form, a Help Desk (for existing customers, who’ll need to log into their account), and live chat. Though the company also mentions support tickets, it redirects you to the email contact form. When I tried DraCoola Multimedia’s live chat, I was quick to reach the support staff. But after their prompt response to the first question, the wait time increased and I had to prod to get answers.
The company provides an “FAQ-Knowledge base,” although it functions more like an FAQ section where you can find answers to several common questions. Additionally, the company offers a demo member account that allows you to test its cPanel and WHM control panels.
