Payments can be made in either U.S. dollars or Indian rupees. Currently, the vendor accepts a variety of payment methods, including Bitcoins, PayPal, Webmoney, Perfect Money, and Bank Transfer. The hosting plans are accessible on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual basis.
Its servers provide a 99.9% uptime guarantee and while the vendor has a money-back guarantee, it only lasts for 48 hours. That said, dedicated servers do not include a refund.
This is quite disappointing – many other hosting providers give you more time to test the service. For example, Kamatera offers a 30-day free trial with $300 of free credit to configure and customize a cloud VPS to your exact specifications.
