Bitronic offers only Linux hosting under its shared hosting plans. Some of the basic hosting features include:

BitronicTech may be a small company, but it does a fantastic job, providing 99.9% uptime. The admin control is powered by cPanel. While they don’t have a web builder, they offer one-click installation for open source scripts. I believe you will have an easy time setting up your site.
If you are a hands-on person, you might want to check their knowledgebase, which includes articles, tutorials and guides on account management, DNS management, Linux VPS, and web design. You will also find answers to FAQs in this section.
Frankly, I don’t like the design of the BitronicTechwebsite. It looks more like a knowledgebase than a professional hosting service. I feel they should rework the website to make it easierto navigate. Also, I found that their plans were not clear cut. It would be great if they would add a comparative table with plan levels and respective lists of features.
Pricing and Support
Three plans are available under shared hosting. The basic package is called Website Now. It comes with a free domain name – if you subscribe for one year – and 1GB disk space. You will also get 20GB bandwidth in addition to one email account, one mailing list, one MySQL, and a subdomain. Spam Assassin, SSL, CGI, and PHP are some of the extras included. This plan is suitable for anyone who wants to set up a basic website or blog. You can pay monthly or annually.
Web Presence is the second plan. It will give you 2GB disk space, 50GB bandwidth, ten email accounts, five subdomains, ten databases, and 25 FTP accounts in addition to one add-on domain. PHP, Spam Assassin, SSL, and CGI are included. This package is suitable for blogs and small business websites.
If you would like to set up an online store, you could do well with the E-commerce Saver plan. It offers unlimited disk space, bandwidth, and email accounts in addition to MySQL databases. You also get ten add-on domains on top of the extras I have mentioned in the above plans.
BitronicTech offers support through email, phone, and ticket system. While their support response may not be the fastest, it’s not the slowest either. I raised a ticket and received a response within 14 hours – although I would have preferred a quicker turnaround. One area of improvement is the lack of live chat support, which could reduce the waiting time for customers in need of real-time assistance.
