Although its prices are listed on the website at monthly rates, its shortest billing cycle is actually annual as seen from the store. You can subscribe for as long as ten years, if you wish to.
Its payment methods include PayPal, Bancontact, SOFORT banking, and iDEAL payment gateway. Alfahost offers a free domain registration on certain extensions. There is also a 30-day money-back guarantee window that you can utilize in case the plan you paid for wasn’t satisfactory.
Its support team can be reached on workdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM through email, which is quite limiting. Having a live chat, phone number even, and other fast real-time communication options would be best. In cases of emergency, this email support won’t suffice because in my case, I didn’t get a reply, even weeks later.
