101Gen is a relatively new web hosting company that started its journey in 2018. This Egyptian company offers shared hosting, reseller hosting, domain solutions, SSL certificates, web design, e-store design, and SiteLock security.

Features and Ease of Use
101Gen offers three shared hosting plans and six reseller hosting plans (which will soon be replaced by three new plans, according to customer services).
The three shared hosting plans provide you with:

The included Softaculous installer allows you to install more than 900 applications with ease. Alternatively, you can create your website with the free page designer and use the marketing tools to promote it. If you’re not comfortable creating a CMS-backed or self-designed website (however easy it is), you could instead pick one of 101Gen’s e-store or web design plans.
Performance is assured thanks to the use of SSD storage (which is far faster and more reliable than traditional HDD storage) and the Cloudflare CDN (which caches content for faster page loading speeds). Cloudflare also helps protect you against some kinds of cyberattacks, and security is further assured by the SiteLock software that guards against malware, malicious code, and other vulnerabilities.
Pricing and Support
101Gen’s shared hosting plans are pricey, with the starting plan being almost double the global industry average. You can pay for your plan in U.S. dollars, Saudi riyals, or Egyptian pounds via debit/credit card or Fawry Pay, on monthly to triennial billing cycles.
You can “try before you buy” thanks to a 30-day free trial, and thereafter benefit from a 30-day money-back guarantee (unless these are the same thing).
