The mission remains the same as it was more than 20 years ago when Simon Grabowski started GetResponse – tailor to the needs of customers with easy, affordable marketing tools any business can use.

What services/features do you offer?
We enable and support businesses from all walks of life around the world. Including email, conversion funnels, landing pages, marketing automation, webinars, web push notifications, signup forms, and paid ads.
Who are your typical customers, and what do you think is the main challenge that your product solves for them?
Our customers are entrepreneurs, online marketers, marketing managers, and small and large businesses looking to build quality relationships with their audience. We help them generate leads and sell more, as well as grow, scale, and promote their businesses.
GetResponse offers them one tool to do it all. In addition to the variety of features in the platform, we offer excellent customer support in eight languages and educational resources such as webinars, guides, reports, whitepapers, and more.
What are the plans for GetResponse for the near future?
GetResponse will continue supporting our customers to reach their business goals, especially during these unprecedented times. We plan to do so by producing more educational resources while focusing on teaching marketers and business owners alike how to use the tools they already have access to their full potential.
GetResponse is also adding new features throughout this year. In March 2021, we launched the Live Web Chat feature that allows users to directly connect with, engage, and support their customers online. There are even more launches coming soon!
