BookSteam is a cloud-based online scheduling software aimed at small and medium businesses worldwide. We offer a wide range of flexible calendar management tools that automate the appointment, class, and course scheduling process for you and your clients.
Please describe the story behind the company: What sparked the idea, and how has it evolved so far?
The idea came about, how many great ideas are born – out of a need. We had another business that was thriving and was becoming difficult to manage its scheduling process. We looked into other scheduling platforms but had always found some areas where they fell short. So we decided to create one based on our own personal experience, and it evolved from there.
What services do you offer?
We offer online appointment, class, and course scheduling services for small and medium businesses.
What is the mission of BookSteam?
Our mission is to simplify the booking process for small and medium businesses. Booking clients should not take time away from the business; it should only work to benefit the businesses, and this is what we strive to do.
Who are your typical customers, and what do you think is the main challenge that your product solves for them?
Our typical customers are businesses that are looking to ease and automate the challenge of booking, spend less time on the phone manually managing bookings, and focus on more important things.
How do you envision the future of your industry?
The future is very exciting! As more and more businesses look for ways to automate their booking process, we will continue to add various new and exciting features to ease the process and make bookings a breeze. When a business is operating smoothly – that makes us proud that we have accomplished what we set out to do.
