The dashboard itself looks simple, but it’s actually more difficult than it looks to navigate. It took me some time just to figure out how to change the language of the dashboard and the editor.

In addition, Bricksite is SEO (Search Engine Optimization) friendly. Through keywords and other mechanisms, you can help your website improve its position on search engines, such as Google.

Bricksite offers three different price plans: Free, Mail, and Premium. The Premium plan is the one that comes with all the features and tools with no limits. The Mail plan is for the purpose of integrating your emails within your websites.

Even though Bricksite’s website is limited, it does have a comprehensive Knowledgebase combining more than 100 articles and tutorials, that cover different important topics. It also has a blog and an FAQ section.
Bricksite’s customer support can be contacted by email or live chat. Unfortunately, support is only available during working hours (Mon – Fri: 9 AM – 10 PM; Sat – Sun: 10 AM – 6 PM). Lucky for me, I contacted the live chat within that time frame and the agent answered all my questions promptly. Very reliable support, indeed.
