Xenius offers its customers two shared hosting packages: Cosmos and Galaxy plans. Cosmos is the less expensive of the two, designed to host only one website and comes with 10GB storage space as well as unlimited data traffic. On the other hand, Galaxy can host a maximum of 10 websites and it includes 25GB storage space and unlimited monthly bandwidth.
All hosting plans come with a free SSL certificate (green lock), first year free domain name, and a one-click installer with 100+ apps.
Xenius provides its customers with daily backup services for the protection of their website accounts. Moreover, the hosting company offers backup storage solutions with a storage space of 500GB, but at an extra fee. The backup solutions are powered by Veeam backup console, which provides users with an easy option to make their offsite backup copies.
Pricing and Support
In contrast with other hosting providers in the Belgian market, Xenius hosting solutions are a bit expensive. I also found that its VPS solutions come with a substantially high setup fee. The hosting solutions are offered with monthly payments and their prices are listed in euros.
Many customers have expressed their satisfaction with the vendor’s ability to maintain an uptime of 100%, and there have not been any incidents of downtime recorded so far. That said, the hosting firm does not seem to commit to an uptime network guarantee, and it has no refund policy.
Potential clients can contact Xenius support via telephone, email, or contact form. The technical support staff provides 24/7 premium support to its customers. However, this vendor has no ticketing system or live chat support.
I opened a ticket but the vendor only responded to inform me that my ticket had been closed; none of the issues I had raised were addressed.
