Customers can reach out to the X3Host customer support desk via telephone, email, and ticketing system. Although the vendor seems to have live chat, the link to the live chat is invalid. The X3Host technical support team claims to be available 24/7, but in contrast, they are mostly unavailable even on working days. Most of this vendor’s customers paint its support team as incompetent, rude, and very slow to respond. However, I didn’t get a response at all when I contacted them via email, not even a slow one.
