Two things I really like about this provider is that they offer free SSL certificates and a PHP selector tool. You won’t have to worry about which PHP version you’re using as you can just pick from the selector and the host automatically configures your platform to support it.
There’s not a lot of advanced features with this host, so it’s really only suited for personal and small business websites that don’t need a lot of advanced developer support. Also, this host is somewhat lacking on the number of databases they allow, so those needing to host numerous databases will need to look elsewhere.
If you’re a beginner, this host is a solid option as they offer both a website builder and the Softaculous auto-installer. Support for this product is slightly below average. They offer phone support (not toll-free), email support, and ticket support, but their live chat is for sales only. Also, their knowledge base is extremely lacking. The lack of effort in their knowledge base makes me wonder how much energy they’ll put into supporting your website.
