In case of any concern, vGRID has a 24/7 fault resolution system that includes live chat support, ticketing system, email, and telephone support. Surprisingly, I sent them an email inquiring about their WordPress solutions but never heard back from them.
The company offers a fairly detailed knowledge base and FAQ section to supplement its customer support team.
The vendor also provides a newsletter that clients can subscribe to every two months. They use the newsletters to keep their clients informed about the latest news regarding the company.
