The company website is easy to navigate, and plans are easy to compare. However, some of the information is obsolete, and some of the links throw up an HTTP 404 (page not found) error.

Unfortunately, the live chat isn’t always available, and there’s no guarantee you’ll get hold of support even if you send back-to-back messages (as I did). Self-support resources are limited to a very limited knowledge base and a not-recently-updated blog.
