TheHosting4U offers three shared hosting plans — Starter, Basic, and Business — which vary mainly in storage space, monthly bandwidth, email accounts, FTP accounts, and subdomains:
- The Starter plan includes 1 hosted website, 100 MB of storage, 1 GB of bandwidth, 3 email accounts, 1 FTP account, 2 subdomains, no SQL databases, and 1 MySQL database.
- The Basic plan includes 1 hosted website, 250 MB of storage, 2.5 GB of bandwidth, 10 email accounts, 15 FTP accounts, 5 subdomains, 1 SQL database, and 1 MySQL database.
- The Business plan includes 2 hosted websites, 1 GB of storage, 10 GB of bandwidth, 25 email accounts, 40 FTP accounts, 10 subdomains, 2 SQL databases, and 2 MySQL databases.
All plans come with the following features as standard:

I’m not impressed by TheHosting4U’s limited set of features and low disk space, which is just enough for beginners but not for professionals or bloggers who want to upload videos or large images.

In my opinion, TheHosting4U’s prices are very affordable, but given its bare-bones features, it isn’t a good value for money.

Contacting customer support can be done through live chat, email, phone, and support ticket. However, live chat is rarely available. I tried both email and support ticket, but it’s been over a week and still no answer.
