QualityHosting cloud servers offer high availability with an up to 99.9% uptime guarantee. All the same, the hosting provider does not seem to offer a free trial period or any money-back guarantee.
Customers can get in touch with the QualityHosting support desk via telephone, email, or through their contact form. That said, I did not come across a ticketing system or live chat support on the vendor’s website. You can also visit their offices which are open during business hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. The support team is not available 24/7, and unfortunately, my query via email went unanswered.
QualityHosting has a knowledge base with FAQs and tutorials but in document form, and the tutorials are only available in German. This can pose a challenge for potential customers who can’t read German.
