In an email response that I received from this vendor, a support rep explained to me that they offer a 99.9% uptime guarantee and refund customers 50% of their monthly payments in the event that down time lasts more than four hours.
Mengine’s customer support desk is available from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday via telephone and ticketing system. Although there is a live chat link on its website, the link opens a support ticket, a clear indication that the vendor does not have active live chat. The vendor has an email address, but it is only available on its Facebook account.
I submitted a ticket and heard back from this vendor’s support team just over three hours later.
